Arfriend is a California public benefit corporation and a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so your donation is tax deductible. 

We were created to benefit humans and animals alike, and our purpose is both charitable and educational.

Your donation at this point will be used for growing and expanding the Arfriend organization in ways such as:
• Contributing to current expenses for web hosting, post office box rental, office supplies and display materials for our information tables
• Supporting our ability to continue sponsoring our seminar/workshops regarding pet loss, animal safety, disaster preparedness and healthcare

Some of our future plans include:
• Development of an out-of-town retreat center for both humans and animals
• Therapeutic activities for humans and animals such as therapeutic riding, educational and reading programs
• Other programs for children, adults and animals, including those with special needs

And of course, as stated on the About Us page, our efforts will also include promoting the acquisition of an animal shelter in the city of West Hollywood.
